Lean Improvement

Make impact on critical performance factors such as on-time delivery, lead time and throughput time reduction, process cost, quality control and reliability.


Using a range of Lean problem analysis and improvement techniques to clearly define issues in processes and put in place practical solutions to drive measurable improvement. 


It is about working with the people involved (shopfloor/back-office/management) to get a real understanding of the problems and then creating solutions, trialling them, refining them and then putting in place process changes that can deliver results.

Lean improvement

Engineering

Capability to create specification, design and develop electro-mechanical products and process/facilities equipment.

Through direct communication with customers/stakeholders we can understand key performance and attribute requirements, and translate these into clear design specifications and performance risk registers. 

We also offer management of prototype assembly and testing to prove product capability, and support the use of new product introduction processes to flow from the prototype phase to unlimited production release.

Examples of the engineering projects that have been carried out:

  • Design, development and production introduction of a range diesel/gas generator products 
  • CFD analysis of hydrogen flame used in flame hydrolysis deposition 
  • Specification, design, and installation of multiple large-scale facility exhaust extraction systems
